Terrible Service and Day light ******s

The company charges ridiculous water prices. My water invoice has gone up by 150% with the same consumption. I logged a complain and their response is I've been charged for water network not consumption which clearly is a *******. I live alone and I was away on work for a week and half in September but the invoice was ridiculously high . These people are making money off of a basic resource
