Terrible service

Worst possible company to deal with. Have been trying for a week to just have an account converted from conventional to pre-paid in a complex where they already have smart meters installed. They are arrogant and not in any way interested in solving the problem. Not to even mention their live website where one is supposed to log in and load support documentation - worst website I have ever dealt with!!!
