Still waiting for my monthly statement!!!

I was tolf that my monthly statement will be sent to me on the 1st of each month. The first came and I received nothing, after a few days I decided to follow up. I got no reply. I then sent another mail to ask again and got a reply from Dean who said I will receive my statement before the 15th of April. That also has come and gone and I still have nothing! This is very irritating as I don't think they quite understand that people have other bills to pay and if they keep their statements until the end of the month there might not be money to pay their bill that is LATE! I am very upset and I will do anything to change the company that manages my electricity bill. Pathetic. And don't phone me to apologise I am not interested in hearing anything from you.
