I paid or my bill on time but never received any communication that makes me aware that I had short paid They then disconnect my electricity and charge me a reconnection fee. According to their policy, if you pay by a certain time they reconnect the same day but I am still not reconnected and I was informed that its after hours and I cannot be assisted
