On the 14th I made a direct ATM payment with the unit number, my name, and surname as reference. Later in the month, I received an email from Impact Meter requesting the payment and that interest would be added to my bill. I then sent the proof of payment, they requested my unit number and name and I sent them the information as they requested. On 19/10/2023 I got an SMS indicating that my meter is blocked and I thought since I sent the information I should ignore the message.

Yesterday on 26/10/2023 I wanted to buy electricity and was told my meter is blocked at the store. I called Impact Meters and they say I should pay the recommission fee before they can unblock my meter. I paid this company on time and they still blocked my meter now they want to ****** extra money from me and are not willing to unblock my meter.
