How do I give 0 stars as one star is considered good service. From email engagements to Call centre calls . No one takes ownership to assist and resolve a matter . This is 2026 not 1986 . I have been trying to get my details updated for 2 weeks now and eventually when I today went to the website on your call centre agents advise. I get a message it was sent for review after going through it page by page . Then I called in again and they cant pick it up . I have been paying this accounts as an owner for 9YEARS and not registered in your system. You are not flexible and dont give a damn about clients , but yet have the power to disconnect . Sounds like a government institution. To all people considering using them , its a grudge purchase and know what you are getting in bed with .
