Scrupulous arrogant organisation

Scrupulous organisation. For a disputed arrears of R450, they cut me off, then demand a reconnection fee of R750. This is despite the fact they have a R1200 deposit. To add insult to injury, they have now increased my deposit by R1050. A a retired citizen, that really hurts me a lot. I have been paying my bills loyally for 11 years. This is shear arrogance and a total disregard for their clients. Unfortunately I live in a complex and I have no choice. Can't wait to move out of here to get away from Impact.
