Rude ****** angry white technician

Saturday October 21st. 12h00, I call the impact meter technician on ********** 224, he starts by a rude greeting then moves to telling me that he's got no time he's on his way to assist another client i mustn't call him with that and I must call the right number. When I ask him what the number is, he gets aggressive and even more rude, tells me that I mustn't talk when he's talking. I didn't get help from the call centre the phone was not being answered for over 2hours until they were closed. What kind of business is this? I am sitting with a prepaid meter box that is not working and no one is assisting me when I am paying?
