RUDE AND BAD ATTITUDE

I have received the worst service in my entire life from especially Florence.She went to the extent of saying l cant do anything to her because she is the manager and she gives people order she can instruct people to come to my place and cut off electricity.She called another white lady and they ordered me to go out and threw receipts at me.I wonder what happened to customer care.Is it because they have monopolised the electricity hence we have no choice so we have to experience bad service.
