I deposited R 200 2 days ago and I got a balance saying today my balance is R 61 ...3 days later can a single person use up R 140 ???<br> HIGHLY ANNOYED<br> WHAT A *******<br> I do not use any heaters or anything different from the summer and I get billed these insane amounts
