Ridiculously overly charge!

Hi, I’m overly charged in my electricity bill, no one is hardly at home during the day and and when we home we switch of all the lights and and we don’t have tv or washing machine. We only use water but the billing is extremely high.. please help look in to this because this is just daylight *****.
