Ridiculously high electricity bills

<p>Impact meters are robbing us every month they bill us with ridiculous amounts...for a two bedroom flat they are billing us R1900 we hardly cook and the only appliance that is constantly on is the fridge, so i don't understant how we got to R1900..someone please look into this,this is ****************.</p>
