Refund on credit balance of R600

Hello<br> I have been resident at a tenant at Unit 145 Bronberg park, Wapadrand, Pretoria since around July 2015 to 15 March 2015. I have paid for electricity on a prepaid basis. I had to pay money into an ABSA account that belongs to Impact Meters. Whenever I need electricity I would request it via an sms and the money in this account will be reduced. I should have a balance in this account of say R600 which impact meters to date has not refunded to me.<br> I rented the property for Rozanne Von Landsberg. The property was registered in a trust but has been sold to a new owner in March 2015.<br> <br> Impact meters have promised to pay me but I am still waiting. I have also advised them to pay the outstanding balance in my account and not the previous owner as I have made deposits into the account to buy prepaid electricity.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> They have promised to pay me in April/June but have to date only made promises.
