Reducilous Bill

this month we received a water and sanitation bill amounting to R2341, of which shocked a lot of people.<br> first of all we stay in a two bedroom apartment, its just the two of us and we both work, so during the day we are all at work.<br> <br> we had a leakage from the toilet of which we have since reported to the owner and then the care taker fixed it. we started paying water last month and we paid R1000, which was also high as well, so we never complained to both Impact Meters and City of Tshwane.<br> <br> so we have written a letter to them complaining about the account, but we haven't got any response yet.<br> <br> please help us resolve this issue.
