Queries on invoices not addressed

This company seems to be a monopoly. Its business is run *********ly. When you question the the inflatary invoices they issue, there is a charge for everything for one to see the reading taken especially for electricity usage. It should not be a problem for thier clients to access the data collected for electricity usage but the behaviour of Impact meter services seems as if they have something to hide. Is there another service provider somewhere who can provide the services provided by impact meters?
