Pre paid - **** Poor Service

<p>Impact Meters does not perform any service for Pre paid customers. Since January 2017, you don't get your token code if you send the sms in the prescribed manner. You have to call them and only then would you get a code. When you need a code after hours, you are not able to as the number provided for queries goes to voice mail - the result - you don't have power and they don't give a ****.</p>
