Poor System to Log Technical Error

The Impact Meter Services does not have a proper world class system to log technical problem/errors and their call center agents does not assure a client any assistance in resolving the complaint, they are good when coming to detaching themselves from a problem. This week my unit had power supply issue this was reported and the emergency agents said he will send a technician the following day. Over the long weekend when I get back power is not there my food are spoiled in the fridge. I called Impact Emergency to report this and still they do not take any accountability to my loss even though this is caused by their lack of resolving technical errors and login the technical error. I'm ****** naked and because Invicta the property developer have give them a contract to supply meter service it is a serious concern because Impact Meter is failing with a passion.
