POOR SERVICES BY IMPACT METER SERVICES AND THEIR BUSINESS MODEL NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED

One of the worst service providers! Our power keeps on disappearing and the fact that we must always send our pin to a certain number to then get our units allocated to us is WRONG! Another company model that needs to be investigated. I really hope that more people will raise concerns on your poor services and model that you are using. Hope someday Carte Blanche will look into.
