Poor service by impact metering

Good day..

I'm based in Pretoria north, I stay in flat alone. Past 3months my electricity bill has been crazy. I'm paying anything between R1500 to R2400 a month. I stay alone, hardly cook. Always away. Tried contacting impact and what a por service they gave me. We are a group of few tenants we are taking the Impact Bill's for review. Something has to happen.
