Poor service...!!!!! Best to have a prepaid meter because they will rob you

I had no problems with impact meter services however the way they bill your account does not make sense its like it's automatically adjusted depending on how much your bill was the previous month before, I realized this when I moved out. I had a conversation with one of the consultants and she explained to me my account was not in arrears so I told them to deduct my deposit money to pay for the last month. The following month I wasn't even in the unit but they continued to bill me the same amount now they want to blacklist me, with no communication. Companies are using ITC to damage alot of names and worse the company that does blacklisting don't even contact you first to confirm what is happening
