Poor service at Impact

The service is so poor. I had an interaction with Tony the general manager, he makes promises but doesn't keep them. My meter was swoped, I have been paying for someone's water consumption for 3 years. Until was out of my place for a full month, and the bill came around R1000. Now they are we are having legal battle for the meter swap I had been paying for 4 years.
