Poor Service and No statement received

<p>No statement received for the month of October 2016. An X amount paid for the month - still receive an sms stating your account is in arrears, pay before 17/11/2016 otherwise they will cut the power. This is not my fault that I did not receive any statements and I would like to know how you guys work out the monthly payments. The lady who assist me today 11-11-2016 did not even apologise for any inconvience caused by them. I would like to request the Head Of Departments contact details so that I can log a complain. I'm not happy about this!! POOR SERVICE!!</p>
