Poor Service

If the is another choice Impact meters shouldn’t be your first or your last choice. It’s just a struggle with impact meters only people who know how to handle them can survive this, at impact meters you’ll wait until they are satisfied to turn your lights back on. i purchased 2 keypads in period of 5 months, because i was moving from another unit in the same complex, they don't even have a remorse just to exchange it for you all they know is to make money and tells you to buy another one, after buying it you have to wait again another 24 hours to be connected. i am not happy with their service at all. its been almost 5 days without electricity starving with my kids here.
