Pathetic service
I would not recommend their service. The staff is competent and helpful enough, but the system is fundamentally broken. You cannot as far as I am aware request a private contract as a proof of residence, they need to find another way of doing this.
I opened an account timeously (26th of previous month) and had no contact from Impact Meter Services until the power was cut off on the 3rd of the following month. Suddenly there were issues that could have been resolved the previous month. No phone call. No notice. Just cut off the power. Meanwhile at least two open tickets on their broken system with all the relevant information. Pathetic.

Completely ignored several requests until the day they switched off the power. This place is atrocious. I would recommend the following: Do not rent or buy property where Impact Meters are involved.
