Pathetic Impact Meter Services

This company does not even deserve a 1 star rating! I have not missed a single payment but now that it is time for them to refund me, they are coming up with every reason under the sun not to refund me. Going as far as stating that when I cancelled there was an amount in arrears! Which is utter **** because I have just responded to their email with proof that I paid the account that they said was in arrears on the 24th prior to moving out. How can a company like this be run and managed by unprofessional people?!
