Pathetic company

The worst worst of them all. Been trying to get a new account since Monday but still I have been calling the office and the consultants are telling me to upload documents online which I’ve been doing and application keeps coming back and another agent said I should email it and I did that. Now another agent is telling me that pdf signatures are not acceptable I must print and sign documents manually and that time it’s 15:13 and they closing 15:30. These people open 09:30 and answers to emails from 11:00 nx pathetic company ever.
