Pathetic!!!

They are really ridiculous, they refuse to fix my account. They just want the money. And have now blocked my account. I have sent numerous mails. And the refuse to look at my account. Just keep saying my account is correct. I have never paid R2000 for only water a month. They are a bunch of *****s!!!!!!
