Pathetic!!!!!

Every time I move to a place where Impact is involved, I cringe!!! I hate this company. They have the worst service and employees that are so unprofessional. You cannot phone them, that is impossible and when you email they take 2 to 3 days to get back to you and they don't even answer your questions. You should be ashemd of yourselves!! You're an absolute disgrace to humankind! PLEASE CALL ME BAC****!!!! Is that too much to ask????? You make enough money off consumers to make a phone call!
