Patetic service Impact meters

Paid arrears on account on 23 July.... Account blocked and should have been administered correctly and unblocked. Called after hours number today just for an arrogant technician to throw the phone in my ear. Pathetic customer service. Have never expierenced as customer this treatment. Impact meters service not acceptable and technician unfit for his position.
