Overcharged

I paid my bill but they continued to cut off my electricity. Went to the bank for proof of payment n email numerous times. After many phone calls I was told I used the wrong reference which is not true. But I paid 350 reconnection fee. Now my bill includes money I don't know where it comes from. I tried to call the call center but they drop my calls
