Over-estimated water readings

For the last 2 months I noticed penalties on my account statement for so called "locked gate" and "no access". I then started to investigate. To my shock I discovered that no true readings are ever done. My gate in the garden is never ever locked, thus free access. My garden meter is estimated more than double than the actual reading. What does Hendrik Deetlefs from impact say about this? No credit will be done and that the reading must caught up with their estimated reading. I DO NOT USE MY GARDEN TAB WHICH PART OF THIS DONT YOU UNDERSTAND. IT WIL THUS NEVER CAUGHT UP!!! I am so sick of incomponent people managing accounts etc. No people s****s. Monopoly group. Not wanting to solve the problem or assist in solving the issue. You disguist me Hendri****
