Olympic pool water usage for showers

Incorrectly billed- My December bill was- R 253.25 January Bill-R 3333.53 ex Vat for, then in Feb its R 293.00 I live in a complex with no swimming pool in my apartment a bath I have only used 3 times since moving in Some serious ***** going on here. The reading I'm told is my January reading is dated 29/11/2018 to 29/11/2018 I wasn't even staying in this apartment by then I only moved in on the 1st of December 2018 and only managed to get the prepaid registered on the 03/12/2018

They are so adamant that I used up 119 kiloliters of water in 4 weeks how many baths and ****s does one need to take to fill an Olympic sized swimming pool. I know they not going to read this because they don't care and they really want to **** me
