NOT HAPPY AT ALL

my electricity was cut off i paid 3570 Then I paid R198 but i was then informed that payment has bounced back. now I am paying 200 Again and end December i have to pay 900 again i call impact meters but no answer so will I spend all my money just paying for electricity for the rest of my life?
