Not answering emails / queries & then Handover

@IMPACT METER SERVICES who provide Electricity together with CREDIT INTEL may be good at providing electricity but ARE TERRIBLE at answering queries and resolving a customer's issues. If you JUST PAY like a ROBOT then all is good but as soon as you query and don't pay until the query is resolved they hand you over to Debt Collectors and want to know nothing about your issue and don't consider the contact you made and just continue to charge. So no worries that you are NOT running away and just want an answer
