No response time whatsoever

Unfortunately we have a very bad review about impact metre services I recently moved into number 30 stone Gardens stone garden South last night we experienced a power outage then bought more lights when putting in the token it responds with an error message call the number which belongs to a white gentleman no response from him his voice message says that we should send it detailed SMS to him and he will respond it's obviously the next day still no SMS still no response I take care of my mum who is ill I need power at any time night or day send an email this morning to impact still waiting for a response or some sort of assistance
