No customer service - do not use them

Had electricity through this company. They were always quick to demand payment and to switch off your electricity if you were late and then increase your deposit the next month.<br> Cancelled the electricity at end December called in Jan to ask for deposit back was told that they were late with accounts for end December but they would be out shortly. Received invoice on 10 February only because I called again and asked for it again!! Provided them with details for the refund, I have now been told that it takes them 4-6 weeks to do the refund. How can you possibly be that slow.<br> They are quick to demand money but slow to give it back, so that they can earn the interest on your money, they pay you no interest only charge it.
