No assistance for pre paid

I spend the whole day on the phone today with impact Meters trying to get help to reset my prepaid meter every one i spoke to is telling me to use 809 ent 801 ent I've tried that is not working i was told it's not blocked so it should not be a problem i asked for they number for the meter guy in pretoria north they are not willing to give that number can someone call to assist i don't want to call out because I'll be charged more someone please assist
