Nadine Volschenk SUPERSTAR

The last couple of months I have really been struggling. Life throws curve***** and accounts need to be paid - I have missed several due dates and ended up many months to make a deadline within minutes. I have spoken to many staff at Impact. There is one stand out, Nadine Volschenk, while still doing her job and adhering to payment cut offs, she constantly has a service level above any of her peers, and besides dealing with my many queries and problems, she remains professional, never rude, strict, but she treats me like a human being. Nadine you are a superstar - your employer should be very proud of you. I appreciate your excellent service and humanity
