Mother and 3 boys left without power whole weekend after money was paid into their account,😡😡😡🤬🤬

This company block my meter on Thursday night after i told them i will make payment in Saturday only and inform them im not sure what time the money will be in my account I ask them please unblock my meter to be able to load voucher to have power they refused they even provide me with an emergency number to call when i made payment and a email address were i can send proof of payment to 24/7 assistant know im still without power since friday i did try calling them and send a few time emails with proof of payment i have 3 kids. They couldn't bath even I couldn't give them proper food to eat and let them sleep in a dark room because of Impact meters services. You can't even compensate for 1 day but to leave me and my sons without power the whole weekend this is pathetic service. I will never recommend you to anybody but will warn everybody of your inhumanity and not helping a mom in need but to let her and her boys suffer the whole weekend without power.
