Money snatchers with incompatant staff

Its been 2 months now that I pay my account with my unit and complex number due to unforseen circumstances that I did not have my account with me at that spesific time. We pay our bill ALWAYS on yhe 28th of each month and always more that the amount billed to round the figure off. The first month of paying my account like this there was no issue in allocating my payment and my bill was marked pay , and there was no problem .This month around it happened that my baby girl was admitted to hospital and that i made the payment via cellphone banking to still make the payment in time and not sit with a problem later , i used my unit number again like the previous month cause like I said there was no problem then. Last week I received an email saying my account is arrears I need to pay it immediatly other wise they will switch off the lights . I immediatly rep**** back with my payment from cellphone banking and ask them to allocatey payment where the lady rep**** back this cellphone banking pop can't work they need n internet banking pop ! I rep**** and told her hiw can I do that if I paid with cellphone banking please have a look on your bank statements if theres an amount like that it belongs to my account. I never heard back from her . So i received my new account and on there they charged me because i'm in arrears ( i paid keep in mind ) and they charged me because they emailed me the account , once again I contacted them with the same info. So on the night of the 18 may after coming from work I get n letter in my gate saying my electricity is switched off and i need to pay R440 for reconnection before they will put it back on ???? This is against the law and I did pay so on what grounds do the switch this off , the fact remains they are to lazy to assit there clients and making money off us in this way!!! Client service does not exist in this company and they taking money from there clients in an ******* way that does not comply with the consumer.
