Making money out of people's misary

Even though it pointless to write this review about Impact Meters seeing as they don't care about their bad service, check how many people have complained the company does not even acknowledge their comments. They make you pay almost double in deposit for electricity, they have around R1850 of my deposit, I have been unemployed since December but have been making payments until February my bill is R460 I wrote them an email requesting to pay end March from my temp job, they sent me an email saying that they have disconnect my electricity and re-connection fee is R550. So my bill is R460 less than re-connection fee which means to re-connect I must pay them R460 + R550. But they have R1850 in credit from my deposit. I spoke to Sandra Calitz.
