Long wait by Impact Meters
I moved into my apartment yesterday, 3 January 2021. Without ANY prior knowledge, I was told to register on the so-called amps website for prepaid electricity & water. To my surprise I learnt on that day that it would take up to 36 hours for the registration to take effect! That is exceedingly unnacceptable! I had to drive back to Fourways to sleep at the old place! I am going to work tomorrow, I have emails to check, work to set and food to prepare. Why can’t this company liase with agents to let us know of this inconvenience beforehand?! This is exceptionally upsetting! Had I known of this beforehand, I would have checked first who the people are providing the services!

05 Jan 2022, 12:35Since the 3rd I have had horrific ordeals with this company’s empolyees, until today. I decided to go to the premises to submit the documents that I had initially been uploading. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very kind employee who notified me that they open at 09:30 - which I knew but appreciated because I was there since 08:30 just to be one of the first. Upon being let in, I was helped by Adelaidw who helped me very efficiently & I didn’t even need to show her the printed out documents that I brought along. Within 15 minutes, Everything was sorted & I was out. Thank you so much to the two employees for their assistance.
