Joke of a company

What an absolute joke. These people don't have their heads on straight. When we signed up they made us fill in forms several times and eventually made us put two people's details on one single form. Their final invoice after we cancelled our account eventually had both a Capitec branch code and an FNB one. The final invoice numbers didn't make sense, but we paid it just to get rid of these buffoons. There are also people's invoices online for the public to see (when googling things like the impact meters FNB account number) - people's names, account numbers etc. - very big violations in privacy and personal information being accessible by the broad public.

Unfortunately one only finds these things out when Googling the company after a bad enough experience with them... If you by some chance read this before dealing with them... AVOID BIG TIME!!!!!!
