Is Impact Creditintel a double-dipping ****?

Impact's creditintel people have been sending me SMSes and calling me since late last year about an account I settled with Impact. Now they claim I made a payment arrangement with Ntombifuthi. When and what for? I have since emailed Patience, Moliehi and Dinah asking for that email arrangement they claim to have. The only arrangement I had was Impact and honored it.
