Irritated and ****ed off

I cancelled my meter on the 27th of July, and I'm still waiting for my refund and today is the 14th of September. I called end of August and no one will tell you the truth. the customer service is bad. really bad. I communicated to a guy called Boertjie and now he called even help me with my Quiery. and did not even sent my documents that he requested to Refund department.
