INVOICE

had a bad experience with impact meter. I moved in a new apartment on the 2nd October 2021 it was a weekend. I did all the necessary registrations and deposits. When I moved in the apartment, there was already an electricity meter. I then loaded electricity on that meter as we couldnt stay in the dark and after all i have a small baby who is still dependent on formula so i did what every person could have done. During the course the week beginning on the 4th October, i got a call from their technician saying he wants to put in a meter i then told him that there is already a meter and already ive bought R800 worth electricity. He then said that is not their meter but i can make arrangements when the available units is near finish i can call impact meters to bring in their technician. on the 25th October their technician came and install their meter. on the 4th November 2021 i then got an invoice saying i owe them for electricity. I then called them how is it that i owe because i was using electricity i bought for the meter that is in the unit. they did not give me a straight answer and just said i must talk to the landlord or people of the meter that is in the unit and mind you i got this place through an agency. I am now sitting with an invoice i have to pay that doesnt make sense to me i can pay twice.
