Incorrect charges on bill

The start meter reading, for the beginning of the contract was wrong, which they did correct, after much chasing from my side. They have also been adding extra charges and then charging me interest on these charges. This has been corrected, but again, only because I have picked up these anomalies and asked for them to be corrected.
