I have been complaining to impact meter about my account being of charges and the response I get is them telling me about the readings. We have been paying the average of R1500 ,to our surprise the bill came at R2983.how is that possible?

They select a couple of houses in our Estate for readings and work on estimates for the rest unfortunately my house was one with the high amount this month. So unprofessional and not satisfying.
