If there were a no-star option I would use it. Consultants are pass rude and motionless. making a call to impact is merely putting things into the record, they have zero customer service mandate. my water reading has gone from 14 units to 23 units, i am paying 3 times my normal monthly bill and i am told i leak. i do not leak and if there was even a leak how is it consuming more than us? DID i mention that their consultants are RUDE?
