INCOMPATANCE OF MANAGEMENT AND STAFF

Ok now that their CRM system is still not working since 6 years ago (all on emails as well as various CRM numbers with NO response). NO PERSON at Impact Metering thinks it is vital to do their job and give customer service not even the CEO/GENERAL MANAGER - this is after numerous requests.

Tony does not see it fit to communicate nor sort this nonsense out. Dudu was the only person to give me a call a few weeks ago to say this will be sorted out and will get back to me. I am now way beyond fedup............ according to all the CRM cases (I get one new one every time) this is a MEDIUM issue TO ME IT IS NOT A MEDIUM ISSUE AFTER 6 YEARS!!!!!! - at that time I actually told employees they are useless and asked if I can please come and give them training on how to do their job - then I left all BUT now I will not let go!!!! Yesterday after a physical call , an email was sent at 10:36 to: ***, ***, ***, ***, *** A message was left at 10:36 for Dudu to phone me back - I left my cell nr for incase - it is now a day later and NO BUT NO COMMUNICATION. You are not even allowed to speak to Tony, George or Daisy - if this is management I do not know ........
